Hello Jenny, This is Jon Carneiro!!! Firstly, I want to thank you for a wonderful vacation. Wow, is Ecuador a beautiful, welcoming country. Everything has been excellent. Well, the Devils Nose train was kind of a disappointment, but nothing to do with your planning, it just wasn't what we were expecting. Anyhow, you are the best . Ricardo is awesome, so full of knowledge and a very nice person. Wilson and Nicholas are amazing!!!
Querida Jenny, Llegué hoy a la oficina. He descansado y durmido ahier todo el dìa ... pero que pena regresar al trabajo... !! El viaje a Ecuador me gusto muchisimo y quiero otra vez agradecerte por tu asistencia y la de Richard. El viaje a Galapagos fue tambien muy hermoso y recibimos una asistencia especial de las duenas del Hotel Suite Palace, con una comida muy muy rica. Ciao
Dear Jenny, Dear Ricardo, We have safely arrived home again from out extension trip to Galapagos! This was absolutely fantastic and we had a good time, even though the sea was a bit rough :-)!
The nature and wildlife were priceless there. All in all I wanted to thank you for the fabulous trip that you made possible for me and the whole group ...Ricardo knows how "crazy" we are! We have enjoyed every bit of it ( but the Devils nose train ride which is not worth the time and efforts) .
You made it an awesome experience and we can't thank you enough for all your flexibility, the great moments we shared and the experience we could gather to get to know Wilson ( the most wonderful guide during our first part of the rip ) , Nicolas our great and lovely driver and of course Ricardo ( the boss himself, knowing everybody end all locations perfectly)!- and giving us a experience of a lifetime.
ECUADOR is super wonderful and we saw a lot ( even though I'm sure it's just a tiny bit of it). Please give our kindest regards to all the team and thank you again!!! Good evening from a chilly (8C...!!!)
Hi...this is Dave Rasmussen who went on the trip to Santa Domingo with Ricardo on Tuesday of this week. I am back in Chicago but I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful trip and service provided by Ricardo. He suggested the Shaman trip as a uniquely memorable experience and he was right...especially given my personal interest in energy bodywork and healing. It was a really an amazing experience for me.
My original option to take the group tour of Cotopaxi did not work out as planned, and I understand that Jenny did a great job making sure I had another option. which was to take the private tour with Ricardo. Thank you Jenny for providing such great service to me. While I am not sure if/when I will be in Ecador, I will definitely contact EPR and share my great experience with others.
